Customized Work
Custom orders are crafted according to your unique specifications and, therefore, cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Customized work must be paid in advance to initiate the production process.
Standard Products
If you wish to return a standard product, we are here to assist you. Please note that a €10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs. Here are the steps to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service to inform them of the return request.
- If eligible, you will be provided with a return shipping label, or you can choose to ship the item at your expense.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all relevant documentation.
- Ship the item to the provided address.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the €10 return fee if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue.
