Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at logik3d@outlook.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, in their original condition where possible. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have stated otherwise. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund — including the original standard delivery cost — within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Exclusion for Custom Work

Custom or personalized orders made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in line with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. Custom orders must be paid in advance to begin production and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at logik3d@outlook.com — this is separate from the right of withdrawal and does not affect your legal warranty rights.
